My family moved to US in August 1984 and one and half  year later was when I experienced Showbiz Pizza Place  for the first time. It had a collection of arcade machines  that filled up the entire room that seemed to be as big  as a mall. There was Galaga, a game that I knew, but  the rest of the games I had never heard of, like Space  Invaders, Kangaroo, Q*Bert, Elevator Action, Bubble  Bobble and more. Dragon’s Lair especially took a lot of  my quarters – it was expensive and awesome. The place  was a heaven! It was that magical moment when I fell  in love with arcade gaming and promised to myself that  someday when I grew up, I would have an arcade in my  home, filled with all these games that I love.
