When I was at the Game On convention in Phoenix, Az, I came across a booth that was actually hidden and almost missed. Austin Stark, owner of Fixture Gaming, was displaying a product that he was ready to launch on Indiegogo, but was still working on the details. But the minute I saw it, I knew that he had something that would be wanted by Switch players everywhere.
One of the biggest problems with the Switch is holding it in a comfortable position. If not reclining in a chair or even laying down, sometimes it can be difficult to hold and enjoy. Also, there are some gamers that enjoy playing games using the pro-wireless controllers more than the Switch controllers. Stark created a solution to all of these concerns. The Fixture S1 creates the most comfortable and convienent way for gaming on the go.
The Fixture S1 allows you to place the screen right above the controller or even standing upright as shown from the picture above. You can place the S1 on its own with jus the monitor so you and a friend can use pro controllers. There are two versions of the Fixture S1 that are in production. The one that is pictured above and one that has an opening area underneath so you can plug in a charging cord easier.
I have been using one of these since August as a test product and it is difficult to come up with the right words to top the word AWESOME! I have always been uncomfortable with the standard controllers that come with the Switch and being able to carry the pro controller and the system attached in a complete fold up unit is the way it should have been from day one.
You still have time to order one on Indiegogo

Great… now here in California we’ll have a huge upswing of accidents caused by idiots driving while gaming…
