Welcome to May, the precursor to the three months that make up the best time for Kids: Summer! I can
still remember sitting quietly in my chair (which by now felt like it had been granted to the school by The Inquisition), waiting for the last 60 seconds to roll on by. I knew that somewhere in the rows of desks the Nun, armed with her trusty ruler, was roaming silently, waiting for the first poor kid who made a noise so she could swoop in and deliver a final knuckle-busting wallop. The seconds slowly eked by... and then the bell rang!
I’m pretty sure that’s how all our readers feel, waiting for the next issue of OSG to arrive. Well, gang, that bell rang and now you have your copy of Issue 40! We’ve got lots of great stuff on Controllers: NES controllers, PS controllers, and controllers that were Horrors to use. We also have a ton of Pinball stuff as well! So what are you waiting for? Hey, it’s Summer... break out a cold one and start satisfying your Retro fixation!
