Another heads up from Saberman and yet again another Amiga game for all to enjoy, is the latest XMAS edition of ‘Spheroid’ by Arkanix Labs ; a new Christmas version of a game that was originally released as a demo last year for all Amiga’s with 1MB of Ram. For those who don’t remember playing the first version, in this game you need to use your sphere like object to traverse a set of different tiled floors to reach the exit. To coincide with this news story, not only is there a new gameplay video available below, but it gives a better idea of how to play the game and if it’s to your liking.
This is an in development puzzle game for the Amiga that will run on any OCS/ECS/AGA Amiga with at least 1MB of RAM. In the game you play as the Spheroid and using the different tiles will need to reach the exit point within a set amount of moves. Be aware not only are some of the tiles completely unsafe such as the crack and mine, you can ONLY use the coloured tiles that are indicated by the SAFE box. So yes if you love puzzle games, make sure to check out the latest xmas demo? of Spheroid!
