DOC: “So one of the big things that we've noticed, building the scoring community here at the arcade, there's players that travel in from all over the world and it helped
the scoring community grow here. Like players are coming in just
to set scores. So, as we've helped so many other arcades open with Galloping Ghost Arcade, it's one of those things that it's like, this is a really big element that can make your arcade successful.
If you're going to be taking scores, it brings in a level of competition and that gets people to keep coming in; it gives social media aspects and stuff to post about.
It really helped drive the arcade for us. As we're seeing more locations open, we've helped 44 arcades open since we've opened. It is one of those things where if you can build a scoring community, that
is a great foundation that satiates players coming back and getting worthwhile social media posts to get out there, which that's really
what spreads out there. People hear about that stuff and then they want to check out the arcade.”
On top of AURCADE being the vehicle to host world record scores, locations of games and arcades, future plans also involve the Arcade Champion Foundation... a new platform that will involve creating a community
of gaming champions with personas to have a fun and exciting arcade battle experience against each other. Locations will issue
special Galloping Ghost belts to its CHAMPIONS and those players will be eligible to compete in
